Pavan has completed his BE from BITS Pilani in Rajasthan and PGDBM from XIM Jamshedpur. Post graduation he worked as a strategy consultant focussed on operational excellence and deal strategy working with KPMG out of their offices in London, Johannesburg, Lagos, Mumbai, Delhi and Hyderabad,
In his current role as partner at Anvika Builders, he manages the daily operations.
Ganapathi Rao Sanka

Sanka Ganapathi Rao is a commerce graduate , fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and associate member of the Company Secretaries of India. He has more than 35 years of leadership experience in industries including textiles. cement and aluminium and has served on the board of various companies such as Penna Cements, Anrak Aluminium.
In his current role as Partner at Anvika Builders, he manages fund raising and working capital management
Ananya Jami
(BE)
Ananya completed her bachelors in computer science and joined Accenture post graduation where she worked in their deployment team to implement proprietary software on client platforms. She then moved to Bank of Baroda in London where she worked in their settlements team handling inter bank and intra bank settlements.
In her current role as Partner at Anvika Builders, she handles customer outreach and web presence.
